Sign-up Page not submitting, looks like refreshing only?

Hey there,

I’m having an issue with the registration part of my website using stripe pro-forms. When someone fills out all the information and hits “submit form” it loads and then refreshes the page, with the form still filled out. The sign-up did not process. Users are not wanting to get double charged so they exit the site. Any ideas? This is severely affecting our revenue, very urgent!

Have you entered the correct Stripe details into s2Member?

Yes. Apologies I should have explained further. It will refresh, then if you click submit form again… it will process properly. People are just assuming it’ll double charge. Stripe works I get the test payments.

Then it sounds like you have some sort of conflict somewhere and/or perhaps a javascript problem. Try these suggestions.

Are you running some sort of caching?

Yes, WP Fastest Cache plugin.

Just changed it so it didn’t cache any pages that have forms on it. Think that was the issue?
