How to register first and then pay to promote subscription?

I would like to have below flow in my site. I am using s2member free version as of now. Can someone help me how I can achieve this?

  1. User Registers to site (as level 0 - free subscriber).
  2. After registration, user will redirect to payment option page.
  3. After success, user will be promoted to level 1.

Currently, i am able to set such that user has to pay first and then register from link received in email but I want user to register first and then pay.

With the free version of s2Member the only way to do this is to allow open registration (using the default WordPress registration page). With s2Member Pro you can create a Pro-Form for free registration.
