Hi, I’m getting a 403 error when I’m trying to save some settings on the S2 Paypal Options page. I’m able to change access the options page just fine, but when I go to save I’m hit with a 403 error. This doesn’t occur when I’m changing other settings in S2 Member such as the general settings, other gateways page etc. I have S2 Member Pro and just purchased it yesterday, so it is on the latest version. Thanks in advanced for your help!
Cannot save changes to Paypal Options
Maybe your problem is related to the problems PayPal is apparently having at the moment, reported here: UPDATED: PayPal not accepting 1 user for recurring payment
Hi Tim,
Thanks for the suggestion, but I don’t think this is the same issue. This is when I’m saving settings in S2 itself, and doesn’t really communicate with Paypal.
Well, first try to update the s2M files (upload them by FTP) - can be damaged. If the problem stay, check for some URL restriction, maybe in firewall, .htaccess file etc.
Hi guys,
I’m still having this error. What should I be looking for in the URL restrictions or htaccess file? I’ve just reinstalled s2 member.
Anything you can think of. Also can be a caching plugin/setup, security plugin etc… Just check everything.
