Wrong membership level after Stripe payment

I am using s2member pro and a stripe form For “Level 1 access”.
After payment, new members are “Subscribers”, not “Level 1 members” and can’t access the members area. very annoying. Any solutions? Thanks!

Please post the pro form shortcode you’re using.

@clavaque will have to chime in here because I don’t see any obvious errors in the shortcode compared to mine. I don’t have as many non-alphanumeric characters in my desc, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Here’s mine with some redactions and insane price increases (I’ve only done 1 time payments w/ s2):

Could you please enable logging, reproduce the problem, and then look at the entries you got? Can I see them? WP Admin > s2Member > Log Files

I’d also like to know how you’re running your affiliate program.

BTW, I’m just an s2 user like you, but like to contribute and help out.
