I am using s2member pro and a stripe form For “Level 1 access”.
After payment, new members are “Subscribers”, not “Level 1 members” and can’t access the members area. very annoying. Any solutions? Thanks!
Wrong membership level after Stripe payment
Please post the pro form shortcode you’re using.
It’s difficult to help without this information.
Here is the shortcode:
[s2Member-Pro-Stripe-Form level=“1” ccaps="" desc=“First month TDJC Membership for USD 49.- and then USD 19.- monthly” cc=“USD” custom=“traktordjcourse.com” ta=“49” tp=“1” tt=“M” ra=“19” rp=“1” rt=“M” rr=“1” coupon="" accept_coupons=“0” default_country_code=“US” captcha=“0” /]
and here is the website:
@clavaque will have to chime in here because I don’t see any obvious errors in the shortcode compared to mine. I don’t have as many non-alphanumeric characters in my desc, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Here’s mine with some redactions and insane price increases (I’ve only done 1 time payments w/ s2):
[s2Member-Pro-Stripe-Form level="1" ccaps="" desc="REDACTED" cc="USD" custom="example.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="5600.00" rp="2" rt="M" rr="BN" coupon="" accept_coupons="1" default_country_code="US" captcha="0" /]
Hi Eduard.
Could you please enable logging, reproduce the problem, and then look at the entries you got? Can I see them? WP Admin > s2Member > Log Files
I look forward to your update.
I’d also like to know how you’re running your affiliate program.
BTW, I’m just an s2 user like you, but like to contribute and help out.
hi clavaque. not sure how this is relevant, but yes, I do have an affiliate program going. There is a link in the footer. Why you asking?
