Working with WP Email Users

I am looking for a plugin that allows me to send emails directly, without any action trigger, to the members using the roles. Rather than selecting the members directly, I want to select the membership level under the roles. I thought that the plugin “WP Email Users” would fit the bill but it doesn’t appear to work with the s2member levels 1 through 4. Has anyone had any experience in integrating WP Email Users or can recommend an alternative that works with s2member membership levels?

I can not show alternative, but if you want to synchronize s2M and “WP Email Users”, I am curious to check what is possible.
