I received a note from a customer saying they did not get the protected download. So I tested it on my desktop and iPhone. I was able to access the page with the download link. I got the file on my desktop, but I was taken back to the order page on my iPhone after I selected the download link. Did it download or not? And, where did it go? Any suggestions?
