I have been having problems since my host upgraded to php 7.2 last week. The videos on my website won’t stream. I keep getting the message “error loading stream: no ID source found”. I have tried everything to fix it. I contacted my host’s support team and they weren’t able to fix the issue. They told me to contact s2member. I also contacted JW player and they told me to use the latest version (JW player 8). Any suggestions?
