User/Member CSV Exportation - Custom Fields content missing

Hi there,

i need to bulk update member profiles. I exported my members, but the content of Custom Fields is missing. The header row with custom filed unique IDs is in the exported csv, but the fields are empty.

If i export with Advanced Import/Export Tools, the Custom Fields content is exported. But this is not supposed to be used for reimporting.

Thanks a lot, Krum! I thought about this method, but since i have to do this on a regular basis it is too time consuming.

This article suggests that the default import export routine is capable of handling custom fields (“In this article I will discuss the Simple Import/Export Tools”):

So it might be a bug? The Article above explains how to handle “Custom Registration/Profile Fields”, but they are empty as mentioned…

If your s2Member Custom Fields (those are the custom fields you are talking about, right?) are missing from the s2Member Export, that is a bug.

I realize that the chat only support now being offered by WebSharks is not optimal, but I’d suggest you open a chat here using the Sales Questions button. If you are familiar with GitHub, I’d also suggest you open an issue on the s2Member public repository.
