We use Stripe as a payment gateway. All payments are Modifications, and should generate a Modification Confirmation email to the renewing member. These emails are being generated correctly, but are not being sent because the address “%%user_full_name%%” <%%user_email%%> is correctly putting in the member’s name, but not the email address. We also have the email address embedded in the body of the confirmation email as well as the “To” field, and the substitution isn’t working there either.
This is an urgent problem as membership renewals opened today for next year and we already have dozens of members who have renewed but not received a confirmation email
