URGENT - Sign-up form delivering blank page after site URL change

Hey guys, really hoping someone can help me out here! I’m stuck for ideas.

Just yesterday we changed our site over from a WPengine URL to the desired URL, and now the PayPal pro form (free registration form) does NOT register users and simply presents us with a blank page upon submission…

The URL in question is artventure.com.au/sign-up with the old URL being artventure.wpengine.com/sign-up - I have done a search-replace on the databases, checked the form shortcode details and the pages, the S2Member details, I really don’t know what is causing this at all.

EDIT - the My Account page is also completely blank (no menu items in the header either) which makes use of the most S2M plugins. Most other pages appear fine…really clueless here. Nobody will be able to see this page since they don’t have a login but thought worth including the info.

Hope someone knows what’s wrong here!

Have you created a Membership Options Page?

Hey Tim,

Yep, this is the ‘sign up’ page. It was working flawlessly before the URL change-over.

I’ve just re-saved those options and it hasn’t changed anything at this point…site is meant to be launching and I have no clue what has caused this!

OK, Tom. My usual checklist is MOP (check), Login Welcome Page, caching (including at server level, like Varnish), .htaccess file, and then conflicts.

If submitting the form is causing a blank page, I’d suspect caching more than anything else, but you could also enable debug and see if that gives you a helpful error message.

Thanks Tim,

We’re with WPengine so there is caching, but I have cleared it a bunch of times because I too suspected it!

The hosting error log gives me nada. I will need to check out the S2Member debug I think…I’m really scratching my head on this one.

I’d enable WP debug in wp-config.php. I think that is likely to be more helpful.
