URGENT Help Needed Re Invalid API Keys

Hi guys,

I’m having an urgent issue with S2member not integrating with Stripe.

Members are getting an “Invalid api key” Error when completing a Stripe pro form and I’m not sure but there seems to be something wrong with me being able to add my secret API key.

When I put in my Secret API key which is about 30 characters long, I press save and it defaults back to showing me a 6 digit secret api key, the publishable one that I put in saves fine but it doesn’t seem like it’s saving my secret API key or unless that’s a security feature to reduce it to 6 characters?

I can’t think what else to do and this is costing us signups?

It sounds like you have a conflict with another plugin.

Thanks, this was actually a browser issue. When I loaded the page in an incognito window the API key saved properly so think it must be a caching issue.
