Upset setup page and payment

Hi,
Once a buyer is done with the Paypal transaction, I want to send the buyer to an Up Sell page.
On that page he can choose to buy, which will take him to Paypal again, then he pays and gets redirected back to a Registration page.
Or, he can choose NO THANKS and get redirected to registration.

Can someone please explain to me how to do this?

See WordPress Dashboard → s2Member → General Settings → One-Time-Offer (Upon Login). I don’t think this is a “Pro Only” feature, but I’m not sure.
