Unique IP Access Restrictions

Is it possible to white list a given IP which overrides the Unique IP Access Restrictions?

The scenario is: My client has multiple users all located in the same office using the same IP. If one user is restricted (due to password attempts) all users are restricted.

Is there a solution to this?

Hi Brian.

No, there isn’t a whitelist… I’m making a note about it as a feature request with your vote.

What you can do is reset the restriction when that happens. Or you can make it less strict.
