Two-Person/Family Membership etc

I am thinking about creating a two-person, or even a family membership or doing an upgrade where they can pay X number of dollars and add someone to their account. Kind of like a health club I guess, but all my content (audio) is delivered on the site and via email… any ideas if this would be possible?

Anyone doing something similar?

I am thinking it would be best to have one main account with a child account or sub account. Though I do not see that option in S2member and could not find any topics about it in the knowledge base nor forum.
