Trying to upload S2 Member pro please help!

I already had S2 member plugin running on my site. I purchased pro version and have been trying to upload it using filezilla but I keep getting this…

Resolving address of ftp.therealestateden.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with “EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known”.
Error: Could not connect to server

I am NOT tech savy and honestly very frustrated at this point. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Carol.

So you can’t connect via FTP to your site? Your web host most likely has the details you need to do it.

It’s also possible to upload it from the WP Admin using a File Manager plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
