Time delay for s2Drip: is it full 24 hours, or next calendar day?

Just testing the Drip feature (using ccaps)–we have many existing members who sign-up for additional programs, so they already have Level1. Does anyone here know whether the time delay to show the next day’s content is a full 24 hours after assigning the ccap (in which case I still have several hours to wait, which is not ideal for a member), or next calendar day (in which case, something is not working, as it is now Day 2 and that day’s content is not showing)? Cheers.

So it looks like it’s 24 hours, then. I guess that makes sense, although for my immediate requirement the ability to have an option for ‘Next Calendar Day’ would be more appropriate (we’re having a promo where we have a group all sign up on by the same day, and they all work through the class together, and comment about the daily content within a Facebook group each day–would make more sense in this case to have them all have access from early morning, rather than wait for the 24 hour slot to expire).

If you have feature requests, this forum is not the place to put them. They’ll get lost among the general support stuff.

You should create an issue for each feature request here: https://github.com/WebSharks/s2Member/issues

Will it works for you if you set 18 hours delay?

Thanks Tim, although not sure it’s important enough to request a feature for ‘officially’. Would be too late for me anyway  It was more of an FYI for people here, as I hadn’t seen it documented anywhere confirming it was a ‘24hr-thing’, rather than a ‘next day thing’, hence my initial question.

HI Krumch - I haven’t seen the documentation that mentions any sort of delay-ability… is that possible then?

Sorry @AndyiBM, my fault, to set hours is not possible. Best way is to create a feature request. Or, if you can do some coding, I have created several dripping scripts, you can do this with a custom code. But the problem is that “next calendar day” is different for us two, because of time zones… so be careful.

Merry Christmas (if you celebrate)!
