I have no idea what you have done. It looks like you have multiple incorrect variations on s2member subscription shortcodes somehow embedded within another s2member payment shortcode. You’re going to have to show us the WordPress page HTML where you have the s2member shortcode (shortcodes!!) embedded. This doesn’t make any sense.
