The jwplayer works only logging in with the admin wordpress user

Dear, in s2member the jwplayer works only logging in with the admin wordpress user, ie login to my site wordpress with the admin user and I can see the video with jwplayer, but if I close the session and enter my page not shown the video and the message ‘Error loading player: No playable sources found iexplorer’.

I need your urgent help because I have users unable to see the videos, thanks for attention.

Hi Robert. I’m a noob here, but I have explored this topic also, and it seems that if you set download_key="yes" in the shortcode, the video becomes available to non-loggedin users.
