When our users apply a coupon for 1 free year, to existing subscriptions, it is changing the renewal/eot date to be 1 year from when they apply the coupon, not an additional year to the end of term date. is there a way to adjust this? we want to extend their subscription by 1 year from the users current eot date.

I’m not sure I understood what you’re doing. So the user has an existing active subscription, right? Is this subscription an automatic recurring payment setup with the payment gateway, or was it something the person paid once for a set amount of time?
