Subscription price change w/ Stripe integration

Hi there,

We recently updated our subscription price levels. Anyone that is not on automatic renewal does renew at the correct price. However anyone with automatic renewal, the new pricing on s2member does not flow over to stripe to update.

Are there any procedures to update this? Or is this something we have to do manually in the stripe console?

Please let me know if there’s additional information I can provide.

Hi Zach.

With s2Member you create the subscription, but an existing subscription gets managed over on the Stripe side. You can contact Stripe support about that if you don’t find it in their documentation.

Another option is to have the person subscribe again but with the new price. But Stripe may have a way to change the recurring amount.
