Subscription Cancellation Email to Admins - SOLVED

Hi All –

I was wondering if there was a way to enable an email notification to be sent to administrators of the website whenever a subscriber cancels their subscription?

There’s no “EOT” for subscribers, so I’m not sure that there’s an easy way to even trigger that kind of alert.

Hi Shane.

You could try this: WP admin > s2Member > API / Notifications > Cancellation

At the bottom you’ll see an option to email it.
