Subscription and forms

Hello everybody!

I’ve a website with S2member last version, and I’ve some questions for you.

  1. If a member choose to unsubscribe from the website, how s2member works?
  2. In my website, I’ve a page where I show my plans. For example, free, monthly and yearly.
    Now: I’m registered as monthly, and I want to upgrade to yearly. I know that there are specific form for the update, but what happen If i try to upgrade from the form where I registered? Will it upgrade / overwrite my account or not?

  1. Drops the member to Level0, or deletes the member - depends of your settings.

  2. Will try to create a new account. If you use same email address, this will fail anyway (WP don’t allow two members with same email), and payment will go or not, depends of settings, payment gateway etc… So use [s2If conditionals] to show the right form for the exactly member.

Go to “Dashboard -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior” and set “Demote” or “Delete”.
