We have numerous member profiles options, including an entry for the users latitude and longitude. We don’t allow users to edit some fields, such as their lat/lon after creating their accounts. However, I would like to be able to allow certain users the ability to edit their lat/lon.
Currently the only way I’ve found to do this is by either allowing it as a editable field to everyone, or by upgrading them to an admin account (which isn’t good obviously). Is their a way to make fields editable by only certain member levels?
I’ve seen the option to only have fields visible to certain levels, but this won’t work as the field needs to be initially visible for all levels.
