Subscribe to the pay program user already on wordpress

Hi,

I have implemented “v2 membership free” in a site where there are already 120 registered users. How can I get these users to join the paid program?

By registering a new user with the free form and then clicking on the “Button Code Generator For Level # 1 Access” I receive the payment regularly but not using an old user.
