We are having trouble with the Stripe Upgrade form. I have a Level one form set up for stripe, webhook is set up. In an upgrade form test that should have charged the user $1, they were charged $0. The level was reset from 0 to 1, but there was no stripe payment. Only recorded as $0 with them. From searching this board, I have read that the Stripe Upgrade form automatically defaults to a free test period. Is that correct, and if so, how do we get around that?

Maybe post the upgrade shortcode code you’re using so we can see what that actual problem is?
Otherwise we’re guessing, aren’t we…?

Robert, if you haven’t yet, please enable logging while we troubleshoot it. WP Admin > s2Member Pro > Log Files
Also, please try today’s release, it has several Stripe fixes, and maybe that takes care of it for you.
See if you can reproduce the problem. If still there, please send me all the log files privately so I can review them.
