You need to replace all of your PayPal button shortcodes with Stripe Pro-Form shortcodes. See WP Dashboard → s2Member (Pro) → Stripe Pro-Forms.
Hi Jedi Shark, where i need to replace the short code ?
This is my website page http://kantanenglish.com/kantan/courses/writing-course-2-2/
I am created page with Membership template and now when i click on purchase btn it moves to http://kantanenglish.com/kantan/test/?courseid=7355 this page
Well, you have a Stripe form there, but there is an attribute error in the shortcode. The ra
attribute is not numeric. This is the recurring amount of the transaction from the shortcode.
That said, there might also be issues with the way you have the form set up. Looks like you are using some type of page or form builder and s2Member shortcodes do not always work as expected when used with those.
When I click the button that says Pay with PayPal I am redirected to the Stripe form. Is this supposed to show an s2Member Form/Button? You cannot use 2 s2Member Pro-Forms on the same page unless they are “wrapped”. Please see this s2Member Knowledge Base Article.
Hi Jedi Shark,
I tried generate a stripe form for #level1 Access with shortcode and created new page then placed that shortcode in that page. But, i didn’t choose page template because when i choose template for page it shows you have two form in the page.
If i didn’t choose template when i click on purchase button it’s directly redirect to paypal page. I don’t need paypal for payment i am only using stripe.
Can you please check and let me know, Is, there must need to choose template or not. and i need when i click on purchase it must go to stripe for payment not paypal.
Okay, first: If you don’t need PayPal why do you have it enabled? Is PayPal setup with s2Member or another plugin? If s2Member, remove all the PayPal settings here WP Dashboard → s2Member (Pro) → PayPal Options and don’t forget to Save All Changes at the bottom of the page. If another plugin, deactivate and delete that plugin.
Second, create a new page with no formatting and place your Stripe shortcode there, just to be sure the shortcode works when nothing else is on the page. Do not use whatever page builder you are using, just use the Text editor.
Let me know what happens when you do that.
I am used LMS theme which have support of s2member…
I think the problem in theme integration with s2member.
Because, the theme has default setting in theme page.
You probably need to contact the theme developers or post on their forums. It sounds like they may only support s2Member and not s2Member Pro. If you can disable the PayPal settings in the theme, try it.
Hi JediShark,
I will try contact theme developer and also try to disable the paypal settings…
