Stripe form missing

I had a contractor install S2Member with Stripe.
The payment system does not work at all. :frowning:
He claims the stripe-checkout-form.php is missing.

Is this possible? Is it the problem?

Is there a way to reinstall it, find it etc

Or is there some other issue?

If the form is missing, then either you have just the free version (when you need Pro) or else the Pro add-on has not been installed correctly (via FTP, not as a regular plugin).

I have a Pro version and installed it as directed from the “Pro” page.

Any other options apart from a fresh install and lose all the work I have already done.

If you have installed it correctly, you can check for yourself whether the relevant .php file exists.
