Stripe Add Billing Method Form Does Not pop up with Default Pro-Form Template

I use X theme and if I am logged in as an administrator and try it, it pops up fine, but if I log out like I am going to sign up to my membership for the first time, nothing happens. No error, nothing. Everything is up to date.

You have a couple of mod_pagespeed errors on that page. You need to talk to your host.

Thanks for the insight, but hosting said it is a developer issue. can’t figure it out. plug ins?

Who is your host? mod_pagespeed is an Apache module, which means it’s normally something your host should be overseeing.

In fact, the only type of plugin that is likely to have anything to do with mod_pagespeed is a caching plugin, and there shouldn’t be any caching running on that page.

I suppose a possible alternative explanation is that you have javascript errors, caused by a plugin or your theme, that are causing the mod_pagespeed issue, but that issue then makes it impossible to see those errors.

Anthony,

It was a iTheme Security plugin that was the culprit. I couldn’t figure out on my own so I used www.wodumedia.com for a 1x fix. At least I know where to look if it happens again.

Wow! Yet another reason not to use iThemes Security.
