Specific Products for Certain User of Different Member Levels

Hi All,
I have S2 Pro. I have had it setup on my site for a few months. I am still getting used to the full potential that it offers, but everything is working as it should for now!

Back Story-
I manufacture and sell products to various people. I have about 35 Dealers who are categorized into different membership levels, with different discounts depending on their level. All of my Dealers are Members level 2-4 have strict access from the public to a “dealer Section”. This section has dealer info,product photos and dealer only items.

Out of the 35 dealers, there are about 8 dealers who have specific products just for them. Is it possible to give these specific dealers access to the product with CCAPS or some other way so only they can see the specific product in the “dealer section” without any of the other dealers seeing them?

I may be over thinking how to go about this, if it s possible. I hope that this makes sense.

The way I’d do it would be to create a new (higher) level. Then you just move these dealers to that level and protect the specific products at that level.

Because levels are hierarchical, these dealers will also still be able to see the products for all the levels below them.

Thanks for the reply! That may actually be the way to do it,and less of a headache for me in the long run! I’ll give it a go.
