I’ve added the page number into the ‘Specific Post/Page Access Restrictions’ page
But the page isn’t showing up on ’ Pro-Form Generator For Specific Post/Page Forms’ page
Is there something I’m missing out?

It sounds like you did what you needed to do…
It reminds me of a problem someone else had with that restriction. She ended up removing the IDs from the restriction and saving, then entering them again and saving, and then they showed up on her shortcode generator. I don’t know if it was some kind of caching she has on her installation…
In any case, try that, see if it helps.
If not, try plugin conflicts. Deactivate other plugins, try again, see if the problem continues. This plugin may help making that simpler: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
