Some subscribers not being added to MailChimp list

Hi there, I’m noticing that although some paypal subscribers are successfully added to my MailChimp list, there are some who aren’t. I also recently discovered that in our email configuration, the “from” address was different from the “from” address in our MailChimp list. Any idea if this is connected? Or did the person not become subscribed because they didn’t manually subscribe to the list from a welcome email? I’m new to s2 member-- jumping in midstream to try and help a client clean up their membership process. Thanks for the help! --Katie
