Some pages refresh and jump/scroll to the bottom

Hello,

I’ve noticed several pages (the cancellation page for example) jump or scroll to the bottom, causing the user to have to scroll up.

I think there’s a hash causing the scroll, and I want to disable it. I’m using some jquery smooth scroll on my site, but when I removed it, the jump/scroll is still happening.

Please advise how to remove this.

Thank you.

Angela,

I think it’s designed not so much to be a scroll to the bottom, as a scroll to the top of the form (at the top of the page). If I’m right (and I’d need to see a page to be sure) I think the issue is caused by having this at the top of forms: <div id="s2p-form"></div>

On previous sites where I wanted to disable this (and didn’t want to have to manually redo this after an update), I used this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace/screenshots/ to add -TAB to the end of s2p-form. That stopped the scroll.

This worked. Thank you!!
