Hi, we are facing problems with social share counters that are not updating, we have to clear manually cache for having them updated. We are using Super Socializer Plugin, but in none of the plugins (Comet Cache or Super Socializer) is a way for not caching this. Can you share some knowledge on how could we do for fixing this situation?

Then there isn’t going to be anything that Comet Cache can do to help you. It caches whole pages, so either it caches a page or it caches nothing.
If you want Comet Cache to work together with the other plugin, then you will need to ask that other plugin’s developers if they can modify the way their plugin works so that it uses javascript (and probably AJAX too) and not PHP. That would enable the counter to be updated.
