Site restored from backup - s2Member affects?

Hi guys, making a more regular appearance here than I’d like to!

Has anyone got information on potential problems (preferably with resolutions) that might arise from restoring a site from a backup point? I unfortunately have had to restore a site from around 7 hours earlier.

My concern is that a number of members have signed up by this point and therefore when they RE-join we may have their PayPal details stored twice? Will the S2M Pro <-> PayPal setup be good enough to recognise these changes and make the necessary ones?

I’m afraid I don’t understand why restoring from a backup would require users to “re-join” your site? Did people join again BEFORE you discovered the problem that required you to restore from backup?

Yes I’m afraid that’s the case. So there are users who were registered in the period that we’re now missing.

I’m having trouble determining if that’ll cause clashes or double ups or anything undesirable in the near future!
