We migrated from an old s2 installation which had 7 levels to a new installation on a new domain with just 2 levels. With this migration we exported and imported members accordingly. However, when renewals for the imported members occur they get automatically renewed as subscribers and it doesn’t allow them to select one of the 2 levels on the new site.
Is this normal or is there a way to allow them to not get the subscriber role?

Just a quick update on this… I didn’t have the EOT demotion setup so have followed the instructions as the KB article mentioned.
