Signup Confirmation Email (Stripe Pro-Forms)

Hi,

I am using s2member and I have two stripe registration forms.
The first one is for #0 level users and the second one for #1 level users.
I have already set the fields in the Stripe options > “Signup Confirmation Email” section but the emails are not sent.
I am using WP Mail Log to check also the sending emails but nothing is shown there.

Could you help me about this issue?

Use the Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log plugin to diagnose and resolve your issues.

There is no outgoing email also in “Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log” logs.
The only email is being sent is the “New user registration on your site” email that goes to the site’s admin user.
Any suggestions where to search for this error?

Check General Options -> Email Configuration to see if it is reporting that something else has taken over control of the relevant function.

I have Custom Passwords enabled in s2member. I guess that is not relevant with this issue.
Also the Administrative: New User Notification works fine in both wordpress defaults and custom option

The email sent to the site admins on new registration is triggered by a different aspect of the function from that sent to the user him/herself. So have you checked as I suggested?

Yes there nothing reports that takes control on that page

Then I suggest trying a plugin to send out such emails, such as Better Notifications for WordPress.
