Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to set up an automatic e-mail message warning the user that his premium status is about to expire. I have been searching a bit on the S2members functions but i haven’t had any luck.
Could someone help me out with this?
See: WordPress Dashboard → s2Member → PayPal Options→ EOT Renewal/Reminder Emails – if you are using a different payment gateway, see the same panel on that gateway’s “Options” panel.
When exactly does this email get triggered to deploy? After expiration or in advance?
Thank you but that section only shows an “Automatic EOT Behavior” section with no mention of the renewal emails.
This is a Pro feature. You evidently need to upgrade.
