Selling Unrelated/Different Content on same site

I have multiple groups of people following me that do not overlap too much and I am wanting to create TWO different courses on the same domain with - for the most part - completely different people in the two courses.

One course is already up, using s2member “level 1” and has been running for 6 months so far. Any idea how I could segment out the second (new) course and content on the same URL?

Just make it available at level 2 and use the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin to remove from level 2 users the ability to access level 1 content.
