S3/CloudFront video resolution

When using S3, and following the recommendations of file_download="video-r720p-HD.mp4" player_resolutions="r720p-HD,r480p-SD" inside the [s2Stream] shortcode, the labels for the resolutions become “0” and “1”, instead of the expected “HD” and “SD”, respectively. So they are not being loaded.
Someone else also experienced that?

On the other hand, when CloudFront is activated, the resolution option in the jwplayer GUI is automatically deactivated/removed. Is this the expected behavior? If so, what is the reasons for non-resolution selection option for the user when serving through RTMP?

What version of JW Player are you using?

I’m running JWPlayer v6.1.2972
Should I get a more recent version of the player? On JW official website I can only find the 7 versions, which I know is currently not properly configured with s2Member

I have updated to v6.12.495 and I confirm that the behavior persists.

Current status: Wordpress 4.7, s2Member 161129, JWPlayer 6.12.495, Using Amazon S3 and CloudFront for RTMP, Chrome 55.0.2883.87
