S2member won’t update recurring paypal members without an EOT date, which defeats the purpoe of the recurring membership. The function used to work, but now does not. I’ve added two new required fields for member profiles, but when they try to update it turns them into a subscriber and I have to manually go in to add an EOT date in order for them to remain active. I hope someone can help…!

recurring members have not EOT. They get demoted if payment is stopped or after failing 3 times.

Yes, that is how it’s supposed to work, but currently they’re being demoted to subscriber when they try to change something in their bio. The only way to fix that is to add an EOT date, which defeats the purpose of being a recurring member. I don’t know why this is happening. When I do that, they’re able to update and remain active, otherwise they’re demoted…
