S2Member Secure file brother/503: Basic File Downloads are NOT enabled

Hello,

I use my S2member for membership management.

I have pdfs accessible only from the level of subscribers # 1.
I try to set up access through secure file S2Member brother.
My two test files are under / s2member-files.
although they appear in the browser S2Member Secure file brother.

After connecting the subscriber, they click to protected files.
the writings links trials:

or

the following message appears:

503: Basic File Downloads are NOT yet enabled. Please Contact Support for assistance. If you are the website owner, please configure: s2Member → Options → General Membership Options Page.

Membership in option, I see nothing wrong and I feel that the problem is elsewhere.

Have you set a Membership Options Page?

yes that was a part of the solution for me.
1-Set a membership Option page
AND
2- in the File downloads level #1,2,3,4 in basic download restrictions put a Number
or For Unlimited, Put 999999999

3-if you don’t went any message, Put at the end of the link ‘&s2member_skip_confirmation’
