I have a question regarding the renewal process for users who choose direct bank transfer. Currently, users who pay via PayPal can easily renew their membership through the PayPal Pro form, which works well. However, for users who use direct bank transfer, how can they renew their membership?
At the moment, when trying to fill out the membership form again, an error appears stating that the user already exists, and they are unable to renew their membership. Do we need to send an email reminder, or is there a specific form or shortcode that allows them to renew their membership without encountering this issue?
