If you put your video files under s2member-files folder then serve by simply embedding the url file then it doesn’t work/play the video. It is most probably the mobile browsers doesn’t support s2member’s javascript yet.
They are working on desktop browsers if they are in h264 format but not on mobile though…
I have provided the details already if you want to test it i can send you a login and pass to see if the videos [which are located in s2member-files folder] are working on mobile browsers by yourself.
I tested it on IOS phone and its browsers. So for android i do not know.
And all of these brings me to there is no standard format for videos to make them work on all of the devices and browsers. But how could youtube does this? They encode/convert videos after the upload and this makes work on every platform.
How to make it?
No, you haven’t. You’ve just made an assertion. You haven’t provided any code, shortcode, logs, or anything from Inspect Element. Until you do that, no-one can help, and we’ll all conclude that you don’t really want help.
And yet you said “mobile browsers.” You’ve just made my point for me.
That’s not how to construct the shortcode, and there should be no [embed] at all. See Download Options -> Basic Download Restrictions for instructions on how to construct shortcodes.
Download Options -> Basic Download Restrictions instructions are not working. I have tried it. Trust me. Just embed code is working.
Have you checked the url with given user details?
You just don’t get it, do you? You are so keen to insist on a point that you can’t help yourself get help. I’m done with this. Try irritating someone else.
