S2Member ProForms and Stripe

Trying to set up a simple order form in S2Member ProForms that calls Stripe.

First problem is that setting the attributes to what I believe should be correct does not provide correct fields. Example: setting the field accept_coupons=“0” still prints a coupon field on the page.

Second problem is if I REFRESH the browser, an entirely new set of fields comes up and the format becomes very “narrow.” I am now unable to bring up the “add billing method” call to stripe; the text is displayed but nothing happens.

My site is built on the divi theme and I have run this on pages without using divi and I get the same results. I’ve tried safari, chrome, firefox…all with same results.

May be a theme or plugin conflict. Try to activate some “20XX” theme and deactivate all plugins except s2M, and test again. If works, switch back plugins, one by one, and test each time, and when “the effect” is seen again, you will know “the bad guy”.

Just as a note, I also use s2member on the Dviv theme and have no problems. I did have some problems a few weeks ago and had to update the theme to the most current version to fix. Are you on the most current version of DIVI?
