Hi, I currently have a Pro license. However, twice now the plugin has reverted to the free version. This means our members see not login form on our login page etc.
Could you help with this issue?
S2Member Pro downgrading itself
Is this happening immediately after you activate s2Member Pro or does it run awhile and then “deactivate”? If it happens immediately, I’d say it is a theme or plugin conflict and you’ll need to test for that.
If it isn’t happening immediately, I have absolutely no idea assuming that no one has deleted the s2member-pro files via FTP.
No, it takes a little while. The last time I restored it was mid-February. Then it was gone at the start of this week.
I’m the only person (besides our hosting company) who has FTP access and nothing is being removed that way. When I reinstalled Pro today, the files were still on the webspace, even though my WP dashboard was showing only the free version of the plugin.
I replaced these via FTP and the plugin returned to the Pro version.
Is all the files was there, untouched? Did you check for some changes, or extra files inside? I had a problem with a virus… You should find the reason why this happens, and will be able to fix.

have you uplaode the plugin via ftp- its is as sepical plugin you can upload via ftp, in my cases its works fine
