There is a problem with the s2Member plugin on my website. This plugin shows a 414 error on the 404 page

On a 404 (not found) page? Is it an s2Member related page or link? Could you tell me what the URL is?
That error means that the URI was too long for the limit set in the server’s configuration. Did you contact your web host to see if they can adjust the limit? If not, write to them, they should be able to help you with that. It’s probably just set a bit too low.
