s2Member not sending MailChimp API request for upgraded members

We have 2 member tiers on our site, one group have purchased audio tracks, another group who have support group membership. These groups are not mutually exclusive, and receive 2 different newsletters. Some members should receive both.

For some reason members who upgrade from the lower level to the upper level don’t have an API request sent to MailChimp. They get the lower-level newsletter, but not the exclusive newsletter. I’ve checked the logs and these upgraded users are not having a MailChimp API request sent.

Any help appreciated.

I have to ask these “obvious” question because otherwise I’d have to make assumptions. :wink:

  1. Have you set up the lists for each level in s2Member?

  2. Is there any indication in the logs that s2Member disgarded the requirement to send an API request to MailChimp?
