S2member membership levels upgrade/downgrade with paypal forms

I’m trying to set up a page for my members to upgrade/downgrade and the paypal pro forms just doesn’t seem to be working correctly? I have read through as many posts as I could about upgrading/downgrading membership levels but I don’t see this same issue happening.

At the top there’s a dropdown that says “checkout options” but there’s no options in the dropdown. I also removed the code for coupons but that line still shows up. We are using paypal for payments and I have that written in as the payment option but there are still radio buttons (blank) and then a space to fill in credit card information.

Any help with this? I still haven’t found a solution.

I’ve had other people look at my code and give me code to use that works for them and this is still not working on my site.

Don’t know if tagging works but @clavaque can you help?

Hi Sage.
