I’ve had S2Member up and running for about two months and a member has been having difficulties logging in to access her dashboard from the login page.

Here is what she and I both see when reaching the login page:
She was able to login back in April, but hasn’t been able to login since then. I don’t know how to fix the login page to have her access the content within the membership.
That shortcode is from the Simple Membership plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-membership/ ).
You should not combine membership plugins. Either use S2member or Simple Membership but not both together.
I just looked at all of my plugins, and I do not currently have Simple Membership plugin active or downloaded. Would this have been something that came with my theme?
Did you change something…the login looks fine now and the Simple Membership plugin shortcode that previously appeared is now gone.
