S2Member EOT Emails not sending what is in admin

Hey all, I have Version 191022 + s2Member Pro v191022, and I have an EOT email issue.

We have both Paypal and Stripe integrations, and we have a specific EOT email set up in the backend, however, its still sending the default EOT email. I have it set in both Paypal and Stripe, have tried activating and deactivating, and tried deactivating other plugins, and still the same issue. I’ve tried saving it multiple times, and it still sends the default email.

Any ideas or anyone solved this before?
